Cancel contract

You can use this form to cancel an order that you placed through our online shop.

Please provide the information we need to clearly identify your order. You do not need to give a reason for the cancellation.

If you would like to cancel only individual items from an order, please describe them as precisely as possible in the field “What would you like to cancel?”, for example by stating the item name and quantity.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the e-mail address you provided. This confirmation documents the receipt of your cancellation notice.
