Note on DHL shipments outside the EU over 2 kg
The DHL shipping rates shown for CH, GB/NI, European special territories, North Africa and the Middle East, as well as other international destinations, apply to shipments up to 2 kg shipping weight.
If this weight limit is exceeded, DHL no longer charges the rate up to 2 kg, but the rate for shipments up to 5 kg. For CH, GB/NI and European special territories, the surcharge is usually moderate. For more distant international destinations, it can be significantly higher.
If this results in a different shipping price for your order, we will inform you before dispatch. No shipment will be sent at higher shipping costs without your approval.
Customs & import charges
For deliveries to non-EU countries, import duties, customs charges, country-specific taxes or handling fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the recipient.
