Apple Mint is a rooibos cold brew with crisp apple notes and a hint of mint. It steeps quickly from pale yellow to orange and is specially developed for cold water (gentle extraction). In envelope format (individually wrapped, 1 bag = 1 serving) it’s ideal for a bottle & a travel mug.

Why can the remaining shelf life be shorter?

The best-before date is the time window in which Carmién, when stored correctly, guarantees the sensory characteristics (smell, taste, colour) – deliberately cautious. Carmién packs tea in larger batches and stores them; many orders are fulfilled from the same batch. That means some time may already have passed by the time the goods reach us. In addition, shipping/transport and goods-in processing take time – so the remaining shelf life on arrival can be noticeably shorter.

Preparation (cold brew)

Water temperature: 5–25 °C (cold to room temperature)

Standard: 1 tea bag per 250 ml water
