Floral Berry is Carmién’s popular blend of rooibos, hibiscus and rose petals with fruity berry notes. Hibiscus adds a gently tart touch and a pinkish cup. Each teabag comes in its own envelope, ideal for on-the-go use.

Why can the remaining shelf life be shorter?

The best-before date is the time window in which Carmién, when stored correctly, guarantees the sensory characteristics (smell, taste, colour) – deliberately cautious. Carmién packs in batches and fulfils many orders from the same batch, so time may have passed before goods reach us. Shipping/transport and goods-in processing add more time, so the remaining shelf life on arrival can be noticeably shorter.

Preparation

Water temperature: 100 °C

Amount: 1 teabag per 250 ml (cup or teapot)

Steeping time: 5–10 minutes (or to taste)

Serving tip: best enjoyed at about 60 °C

Carmién uses pyramid teabags made from PLA (compostable), derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch, sugarcane and cassava.
