Organic Rooibos Tea 200g, tea bags

Carmién Organic Rooibos Tea is a pure, fermented rooibos from certified organic cultivation in South Africa. It has a full-bodied, well-balanced flavour with a mild taste and a naturally subtle sweetness.

According to Carmién, the rooibos is hand-harvested on the company’s farms in the Cederberg region. The tea contains only organic rooibos and no added flavourings. Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and can therefore be enjoyed at any time of day.

The pack contains 80 pillow tea bags without string or tag, each containing 2.5 g of rooibos, making it particularly suitable for regular rooibos drinkers or as a convenient larger pack.

Preparation

Pour 250 ml of boiling water (100 °C / 212 °F) over one tea bag and allow to steep for 5–10 minutes. Adjust the steeping time according to your preferred strength.

Enjoy the rooibos on its own or add milk, honey, sugar or a slice of lemon to taste. Carmién recommends a drinking temperature of approximately 60 °C.

Also delicious chilled

For chilled rooibos, use one tea bag per 250 ml of boiling water and steep for at least 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve chilled. Add ice cubes, lemon, mint or fruit juice to taste.
