Organic Rooibos Ginger Tea 50g, tea bags
Rooibos Tea with Ginger – warm, spicy and pleasantly rounded
Rooibos with ginger is not a loud spice blend, but a balanced tea with a clear direction: the soft, rounded character of Rooibos meets the warm spice of ginger. That is exactly what makes this tea so pleasant – not hot, not heavy, but calm, spicy and harmonious.
Anyone who appreciates Rooibos for its mild, natural character will find here a version with more tension. The Rooibos brings body and softness, while the ginger adds a spicy accent. The result is an infusion that still tastes clearly of Rooibos, but with more warmth and depth.
Why Rooibos and ginger work so well together
Rooibos carries spices particularly well without becoming overpowering. That is exactly why ginger works so well with it: its warm spice lifts the tea without covering up the true character of the Rooibos. This keeps the blend balanced and easy to enjoy every day.
Compared with lighter or more citrusy blends, Rooibos with ginger feels rounder, calmer and more grounded. That makes this tea especially appealing to anyone who enjoys spiced teas, but does not want an overly strong spice intensity.
How this tea tastes
At first, the infusion feels soft and rounded. Then the ginger unfolds with its gentle warmth. The Rooibos holds the blend together and gives it a mild, slightly earthy base. That balance is exactly what makes this tea so approachable: spicy, but not hot; full, but not heavy.
If you are looking for a naturally caffeine-free tea that feels both mild and full of character, Rooibos with ginger is a particularly harmonious choice.
Directly from Skimmelberg
This tea comes from Skimmelberg in the Cederberg. The brand stands for organic Buchu and Rooibos products from South Africa and brings together origin, processing and clear product ideas in a way you can recognise in the cup. That matters especially in a blend like this: the tea does not rely on strong effects, but on a clean and well-built balance.
HOT INFUSION:
Pour about 250 ml of 90 °C hot water over one teabag in a cup or teapot and leave to steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on taste.
Enjoy it plain or refine it with a little honey, sugar, milk or a slice of lemon, if you wish. The most pleasant drinking temperature is around 60 °C.
Hot-brewed tea also makes an excellent base for a spicy iced tea.
