Preparation:
- Cup: 1 bag · 95–100 °C · 5–7 min (longer = more intense & more caramel)
- Pot (0.5 l): 2 bags · 95–100 °C · 7–9 min
- Over ice: brew double strength (2 bags/250 ml), let cool & pour over ice
- Dessert latte: steep 1 bag in 150 ml water for 5–6 min, top with 100 ml warm (plant) milk · 1 tsp honey or a touch of caramel syrup optional
Serving suggestions:
- Banana–Caramel Latte: 2/3 tea + 1/3 frothed (plant) milk · optional caramel drizzle & dried banana chips on top
- Banoffee Twist: hot, with a splash of milk, a few cacao nibs & a tiny pinch of sea salt for “salted caramel”
- Caramel Cooler (iced): over ice, add a little milk & a teaspoon of caramel syrup · garnish with a banana slice
- Cold brew: 2 bags in 500 ml cold water, 6–8 hrs in the fridge · serve on ice, finish with a hint of vanilla
