Fresh citrus notes (e.g., orange, lemon) meet cinnamon, ginger, cardamom & more — a blend that makes mild, earthy rooibos come alive. Enjoy neat for a clean cup, round it with honey, or add a splash of (plant) milk for a gentle chai moment.

Preparation:
- Cup: 1 bag · 95–100 °C · 3–5 min (longer = spicier)
- Pot (0.5 l): 2 bags · 95–100 °C · 6–8 min
- Over ice: brew double strength (2 bags/250 ml), let cool & pour over ice
- Chai latte: steep 1 bag in 150 ml water for 5 min, top with 100 ml warm (plant) milk · 1 tsp honey optional

- Orange & Spice: with fine orange zest and a pinch of cinnamon — lifts the citrus, emphasises the warmth
- Citrus Chai Latte: 2/3 tea + 1/3 frothed (plant) milk · orange zest on top
- Golden Spritz (alcohol-free): Citrus Chai chilled on ice, top with soda or mild ginger ale · orange slice
- Cold brew: 2 bags in 500 ml cold water, 6–8 hrs in the fridge · serve with orange peel strips
